    If you live in North East Essex you may want to consider attending FLASH (Families Learning About Self-Harm) the adult programme that runs alongside TEEN FLASH. Don’t worry if your young person doesn’t want to attend the youth programme; you can still potentially attend the adult programme.

    If you live in North East Essex you may want to consider attending TEEN FLASH; and if it feels ok to you your chosen adult could attend FLASH (Families Learning About Self-Harm) the adult programme.

    Don’t worry if your adult doesn’t want to attend the adult programme; you can still potentially attend TEEN FLASH. You can give us a ring on 01206 562626 or text 07939462335 and will get back to you. If you prefer you can also email us at administration@theministryofparenting.com, or complete a referral form.

    We are not a crisis service – so these numbers are only answered Monday – Thursday. If you are feeling anxious or have hurt yourself or have an impulse to hurt yourself please contact one of the helpline numbers that are on our website.
